BracketHouse is an entertainment product for tiny theme-pack leagues. A host opens a pack, friends join from a phone link, everyone votes, and the night ends on a crown. Operated by Media Yard LLC, PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110.

No escrow. No deposits. No float. No prize pools. No bonded payouts. No gambling. No sportsbook. No stakes through Media Yard.

Stripe checkout is only for a theme pack, the House Bundle, Solo Catalog, or Teams. Media Yard does not hold money for a league, does not run real-money contests, and does not keep a tip jar. Optional brand gifts, if a later product offers them, are fulfilled by that brand.

The host buys a pack, the House Bundle, Solo Catalog, or Teams through Stripe. Players are not charged by Media Yard to join, vote, or see a crown. One person buys. Friends join free.

Crowns and night results are reputation. They have no cash value. A Yard Passport is a history of signed receipts, not a payment instrument.

Checkout is for people 18 or older. This preview signs you in with an email cookie. It is not a full account system, and it is not directed at children under 13.

Don't harass people. Don't put illegal content in custom seeds. Don't use BracketHouse to run a real-money contest.

Pack names, seeds, and theme copy belong to Media Yard. If you add your own seeds, you license them to Media Yard only so we can run that league.

Packs and the House Bundle are one-time digital goods. After purchase they stay on your passport to keep and rematch. Solo Catalog and Teams are monthly. They open a set of packs for the current month, and unused unlocks do not carry forward. Cancel at the end of the current period. When the Stripe test key is unset, Buy opens a local preview and charges nothing.

BracketHouse is entertainment. It is not a decision engine for medical, legal, or financial choices. To the extent the law allows, Media Yard is not liable for how a group uses a crown or a vote.

Receipts for a pack purchase, a finished bracket, and a rematch are operational history. You can export them from the studio as JSON or CSV. They are not a payment instrument. We do not call a Passport certified, insured, or court-proof.

A pack is a license to run BracketHouse sessions for that theme. “Keep forever” means that license continues while the service operates, subject to these terms. Interactive play is live. Trivia, audio, and video formats may roll out over time.

Optional features that would hold value for a group ship only behind a disclosed flag after counsel review. They stay off unless that flag is on.
